"The three things starting with"B": Booze, Bucks, and Babes"

Not necessary, of course, but it would keep the spirit of the original alliteration list while making it comprehensible in English all on its own (and you could still retain the TL note relating to the original Japanese interpretation).

Just thought along the same lines, but with Booze, Bag, and Bitches. It's definitely a translateable thing.
