Getting cheated on or abandoned by your parent are heavy stuff

What's even worse is it's implied that the MC's dad isn't even his real dad & that the mom cheated on him with the guy she's with & that he's MC's bio dad, if that turns out to be true I love the fact the main dad truly sees MC as his son, I'm interested to see if the mom ever tries to come back, maybe with the other guy to see if I'm right

I won't call this manga incest because of 2 things. First, they aren't blood related. Even the MC is not his father biological son. Second, Akira keeps her last name, she still loves her real dad so much she doesn't want to change. So unless they say the are step-sibling, no one knows.

(About chapter 15 page 7) they didn't say anything about an indirect kiss which from my experience with manga and anime it's surprising

Just started reading this, and it's great - thanks for those translating and great work by the mangaka!

That all said, I wish the first few chapters' translator would have used gender-neutral pronouns rather than saying they had no choice but to say him or her in various places with asterixes. If the sentences in Japanese were gender-neutral, then why not use the perfectly appropriate "they/them/theirs" pronoun set? This is intended as constructive criticism, not tearing a new one.

Not a continuing issue once past the gender reveal, and this series is great regardless.

Really would love to see a new translator pick this up since we're now 13 chapters or so behind
