Did the Demon God really die though?
I mean, we haven't seen any deaths in this series yet (as far as i remember), and Gizellote seems to still have access to its powers (which she used to put the King in a coma).
It's entirely possible that the Demon God is still inside Gizellote, or has become a new member of MC's Inner World like the other Demons.
Depends on what kind of spawn it is.
If that Demon is a underling of the Demon God, then it would know she has been sealed again.
If it was actually a real child of the Demon God, then it's basically a god itself and wouldn't be dependent on the Demon God.
There is also the possibility that there are multiple Demon God's as well, and that Kid is related to someone like that and not Lucifira.

People were saying that because defeating the evil MCs mother was the main plot, and that plus we are at the end of the 6th LN out of 7 (wich was just published not long time ago aparently) lead to believe the manga would end soon, because it shouldnt have much material to adapt anymore but the beggining of the new arc
