It's because she was literally born out of human wish to be free of the Gods, she has to even if she knew she couldn't. That question is to confirm if he is also one of her target of her purpose of existence.

There's probably multiple tiers of gods. The ones dealing with inter-realm business that gave Haruto his new life could be high level while those who only operate within one world may be substantially weaker but normally more powerful than anything else in that world.

There are 2 kind of gods in this series; one is the traditional kind of gods who seemingly all powerful, but can't interfere with the worlds directly. The other is born in the world for a certain purpose(the principle was born out of people wish to be free of Gods intervention), they are stronger than the people but their strength is limited by the world's logic.

Haruto was reincarnated by the former one, his power is out of this world logic.
