very rare few stories where the genetics somehow turn out to be the same through sheer chance (like Nietche in the tv-series Andromeda). Though I am unsure whether to classify it as reincarnation vs transmigration for those novels where the gods construct a body for the mc that is exactly like before (sometimes a bit younger).
