Having read all nearly 200 chapters multiple times and knowing the sheer volume of shenanigans they contain, the idea that this manga is out of ideas after 10 chapters strikes me as very funny indeed. If this style of comedy isn't your jam that's fine, but hey if what I've said makes you feel at all like giving the series another chance I encourage it. It's one of my favorite comedy manga.
Honestly, it's crazy how weak some people's attention span is.
Like there was another series I am reading where people were dropping because there was a whopping 3 chapter side arc that fleshed out some side characters a bit with shenanigans, instead of focusing exclusively on the main duo. And that arc included the main duo and even gave the male mc a really great moment where he stood up for a character.
If this series is considered dragged out by that guy with a mere 10 chapters, I can't imagine what he would think of something like One Piece with 1000+.
Or heaven forbid, that one popular "romance"-series-who-shall-not-be-named, that STILL is in its "investigation" arc.(I'm pretty good with most series without complaints, but that one is a bit much even for me)
Like what even would be a normal paced series for someone like that? A single chapter per characters year summarizing the events and romance developments of that year. Covering the journey from friends to old married couple? Something like the manga that gets 1 page per real life year?
Again, it is a way different matter if someone just doesn't care for the series. And I absolutely understand issues where it feels like dragging because of slow release schedule. And I understand people just wanting the two mc to just kiss and date already.
But 10 chapters is not much at all, even for series that do progress quickly.
Anyways, back to enjoying this series for me. This is probably my favorite vampire character I have seen in a manga that I can think of right now.
