Are you retarded? How can you say that her only reason for loving him is because he knows her secret? It's obvious that when she says that she's thinking about all the times that they have hung out together on top of being able to speak together without having to hide as much as she usually has to.

Before, Aizawa didn't even bat an eye at Kuromine, but now that she has gotten to know him she has found that she loves him. The exact opposite of "Love at First Sight" which is usually criticized in romcoms for being shallow and convenient.

Every girl in this manga puts up a mask. Shiragami hides her vampirism, Shishido her wolfman, Aizawa her alien background, and Mikan her kind-hearted nature. The point of these secrets and the reason why Kuromine learns all of them is to show the relationship that is formed once you become clear with one another. That is the reason why "knowing" is such a big deal.

And lastly, the motive behind her love of Kuromine doesn't matter. It is surprising how easy it is to love someone and never want to leave them.
