In the very beginning of this manga, Kuromine went up to Youko's house to visit her when she got sick.

Tens of chapters later, he gets sick and she does not return the favor.

I mean yeah, sure enough, the Mangaka has an ensemble cast and has to properly develop all the female characters, but I still find this disappointing. Wasted opportunity.
