Interesting take on border, I like it. It really fleshes out the organization, but why is capybara kid here, and wielding a trigger?

@TimeVolt as mentioned in the description, this one-shot is 1 of 2 prequels to World Trigger.
Both this one and Trigger Keeper are like test chapters, to flesh out the concept and stuff; guess Ashihara-sensei wanted to keep some characters/their designs and repurposed them in World Trigger.
I wouldn't consider this canon in the WT universe; if anything, it's like a parallel one?
