Sing to aggro all the monsters and figure out a path. Open all the chests while the monsters are aggroed, and run to get them all into a single train that can be nuked.

The problem is execution. This requires a high degree of discipline, and the only reason they're here is because they failed their discipline checks.

Gotta say, that's a pretty interesting introduction for the ragtag team trope
not just "one chapter and we're all together", they did a good job taking the time building it
