My question is that if every single Valentine is being placed in infinite rotation, how is THIS Valentine affording to stay here with D4C right now? Like Araki didn’t state that anywhere unless the infinite rotation was just to make ANY Valentine that comes back to the base dimension remain in the base dimension

God the panel with the casualties of the race is so upsetting and always gets me. I swear to Christ it doesn't matter how many times I read this arc I always come out in shambles, it's such a good story. I'm not ready for this to be animated.

It's not every single Valentine, just which ever Valentine has the base world's D4C, as the Stand itself is under the effect of Tusk ACT 4's ability and "infects" each Valentine that it gets transferred to.
I'm going to guess that Valentine is allowed to talk with Johnny for this long because in JoJo talking is a free action (doesn't take up time/the amount of time it would realistically take), and also for the sake of a more climactic conclusion.
