Giorno was born in 1985, and part 3 takes place between 1988 and 1989. So that wouldn’t fit.

Now, Hol Horse saved three women. So was it the DIO trio? Rikiel was born in 1988, as was Ungalo. Since Hol Horse saved three women, it’s certainly possible it was them… except Versace was born around 1987. And the actual start of Stardust Crusaders is winter 1988 (Holly’s stand manifests in November, DIO dies in January 1989), so if two of those women were pregnant enough to give birth shortly after they sure didn’t look like it.

So unless there’s a little Araki wizardry going around, it’s unlikely that those are the specific women Hol Horse saved. Rather, it’s just to show that even scared out of his wits for what DIO could do to him, he still wanted to be a proper gentleman.
