This is really fun and feels so classic!
But I'm afraid for how long the artist can keep up with this. I bet drawing like that gets really tiring. I'd be alright with this being bi-monthly or whatever just so it can stick around.

Feels surprisingly authentic for a doujin, and Russia seems like a good setting, and used better than, say, Italy was. Very good now, and lots of potential.

Georgiy's Stand seems like it suffers from Gold Experience syndrome though - way too versatile from the get go. A good protagonist Stand ought to have a very simple and clear core power that gets more and more versatile as its user gets more creative. Stone Free is the best example of this. It's just string, but Jolyne is able to do crazy things with it.
