Sure glad I'm not the only one who thought of Emperor.

I'd say the Emperor is stronger though. Sex Pistols are just six little gremlins who guide the bullets, but they tend to kick a bullet to alter its direction. Emperor allows the user to freely control bullets with their mind. Also the gun is invisible to observers and has unlimited ammo.

Still, would be awesome to see a fight between the two.
