So... in a previous chapter, Giorno made body parts from rocks and stuff to fix his throat, foot and all.
When he cancels his stand, the objects Gold Exp. converted return to their original form,
Ok.. then why does his body not fall apart?

What if he goes to sleep? his eyes and throat should revert back to their original state as well... unless the guy can control and keep his stand active when he's asleep or knocked out, which smells bullshit to me.. either it's a an error from the author or else it's a plot convenience..
What about the cars he turned into frogs before? are they still frogs? did he cancels GE's effect on those? Man if any of those frogs jumped on a kid's head and reverted back to their original form, you can imagine the bloodbath.

I can answer directly about the frogs - they were never meant to stay frogs. The frogs were meant to scatter and turn back into the cars to have them found in different locations, making the theft harder to track down and create like a smokescreen for the cars they were taking off in.

I'd try not to explain this other stuff though, BUT I think how it works is that once something transformed into living tissue through Golden Experience attaches and becomes a part of another living being, it a permanent addition, hence why it also hurts when you do that. We're going to see an excellent example or two of that after their trip to the boss.

I think Gold Experience's power is the act of transformation itself, instead of forcing something to stay transformed. If it works that way, then Gold Experience's ability just imbues an object with life, transforming it into a plant, or creature, or body part, and that's it. Once it's transformed, the thing stays that way on its own, unless Giorno reverts the transformation.
You know, like pressing Caps Lock instead of holding Shift to type in all caps.
That's why Giorno can't control the creatures he makes and has to hope they act on their instincts in a way that works out for him.

Of course, all of the above is speculation, I'm just trying to think of how it might work.
