With my limited knowledge about nutrition ill just say this
Usually when you consume to much of a metal in your food your Bowels will get inflamed and
cause Diarrhea
for example with magnesium
i guess with the string she bypassed the stomach rubbed that directly into her thus the "shitstring"

so be carefull when supplementing Zinc/copper/Magnesium/Iron( be even more careful with that)

on the wiki it says "Jolyne Kujo"

but in like every translation it says "Jolyne Cujoh"

in the anime stone free's string put the powder on a drink instead but it'd make sense why araki didn't include a drink here in the manga since they're at the library
