@BigAmerica New chapters usually come out on the 19th of each month in Japan, which is the 18th if you live in the west. Usually the new chapter will leak to the Internet a day or two before the official release though. I think chapter 101 is actually coming out on the 17th of this month, so it'll probably be available in a few hours (depending on how fast it's translated)
