For those who don't know, the novel mentioned on the final panel of Josuke is a novelization of this story, which will apparently have alot more content that couldn't be in the manga due to time constraints

....wait a sec they reference that there is still a ww2 era vampire living in the region of Morioh....and then promptly ignore it? I mean even if its a decrepit attic or shed dweller that's still a big deal and something to be concerned about as much as the depth revealed about Thoth's foot notes and grandpa getting spoilers a remaining Kars return era vampire would still be something that needs to be addressed. Thank you for the chapter and I will miss this series. Yeah there are lingering questions but over all it was a fun team up and I'm glad we got some happy endings even if in the case of a couple those endings are temporary.

Two years late to reply, but since they mentioned he disappeared he either attacked Yoshikage Kira and was destroyed, or the Speedwagon Foundation found out about it and sent Joseph to deal with him. This could have also led to Joseph meeting Josuke's mom and hooking up.
