The ending is too abrupt. In all ways, really. I'm glad we got the yuri ending I was hoping for, but while there have been various hints of Sarina having an unconscious romantic interest in Yuki, the series didn't take the time to develop it properly before jumping to the ending.

Honestly, it feels like the author originally intended for this series to be longer, but ended up cutting it short and having to scramble to wrap things up.

owo I opened up the manga not knowing anything about it.
The I realised it's Kuro and Rin-chan and immediately knew who was the author :D
So it was only this short?

The most honest conclusion that I can give to shi manga is: As we grow old along with Watashiya Kaworu is that every title that she give to us is an interesting ride to explore sexuality, genders and another topics.

Am I the only one who still wonders what the fuck this manga was about?

Im glad this is done. It started of with lots of potential but halfway it just got bad (not even talking about the yuri, but the way it was done is just another thing that was bad about it). I kept reading it just to see if it didnt get better again.

F*ck you, Axe-kun, not cool. I really hope Watashiya-sensei will get enough time to develop the story and characters in her next work.

I think the rushed ending due to the axe along with the large gap between translations really hurt my understanding of what was going on. But I'm not going to go back and re-read this entire thing. It's just a shame all around.

I laugh that the description for the manga has nothing to do with it by the end.

I was gonna comment this on one of the earlier chapters but I think the name of Miyaji's oneshot being a title drop (Queen's Artist) was a nice touch, even if this manga really derailed and got axed.

I don't get why people are complaining that someone suddenly turned lesbian. Nowhere is anyone's sexual orientation in this comic revealed in such absolutist terms.

For those who'd rather blondie ended up with MC (assuming he even is the MC), would be even weirder, considering he never acknowledged blondie's flirting (to my recollection), unlike how blondie responded to the black-haired girl.

The ending definitely felt rushed, as if the series were axed. At least I'm glad that after all the innuendo that happened the comic didn't end without anyone actually having sex with anyone else, like too many other ones do.

I like how the author went about ending it here, though i think the series had not built up enough for Nagase to resolve to yuri. Some people may disagree, but i think the ending would have been way better off without the last 4 pages.

I’ve seen this out on the main page when this last chapter was out. The END pulled my curiosity so I rushed it from the beginning and now I’ve completed it.

I can’t understand most of the criticism. It feels rushed / axed? Yeah, a bit, but at least it’s a proper ending.
So sudden that the blonde “suddenly she’s into women”? I mean, she’s not, and herself says it when declares that her friend “is the only one” that she thinks in this way.
It’s not being lesbian as attracted by women, she fell in love with a single girl. Enough difference.
Plus it’s not so sudden, there are hints here and there through the serie.

And MC, well, he NEVER responded seriously to her assaults. And despite that she still feels something for him, so it’s not a discarded option.

The only “couple” that could’ve been but was really throw away was Sensei and his colleague, but this is probably due to the axe on the opera. It would be easy to set that up, just adding her going to his house trying to convince him to return to work ar their school, he says no, she realizes that she misses him and yadda yadda.

Not a masterpiece for sure, but not even the pile of sh*t that someone here described.

Just to clear something up: This was planned to be 4 volumes from the beginning, and played out just about exactly the way Watashiya planned it. I've been waiting for this to be finished for years, and it's great to finally have it.

Now if somebody picks up her one-volume story of a cat and the literary types who take care of him, 2019 will look a lot better to me.
