Hmm I really liked the artstyle, and I also liked that there was a perspective change from what would usually be the protagonist, but I'm not sure where this was going. Kind of seemed like a dead-end, even if they changed the perspective to the boy character. Kind of reminded me of something between that one character in BNHA, Fire Brigade of Flames, and something like Ao No Exorcist. Hence why it might remain a oneshot. The artist does look hopeful though.
