I intentionally did not translate the two screens on page 10 or add any side note to maintain the confusion, as I think that's part of the gag.

Makeinu = Means basically “loser”
Gekituyo = Rough Romaji, I think thats supposed to be 激強 (gekikyō) which would mean Super deadly/Extremely dangerous
Butinomeshited = Rough Romaji, Something like ぶちのめした (buchinomeshita) which means beat up/smashed
