@Tcof and @SuperOniichan : Actually, the series can still make sense if Lily is actually not a lesbian, but a straight girl who has androphobia. However, I still believe Lily is a lesbian.

@ascendedLight Yes, but in this case it doesn't really affect the plot and as we can see, she's at least bi. Personally, I see it as a funny parody of the yuri characters in all-female titles.
