Up to chapter 3 it looks like the artist won't ever show us the mc pre crossdress, and every chapter is the same

There are the things that i don't understand in this manga page tho:
- The rating.
- Tag says crossdressing when there's no evidence (yet at the time of this writing) of the mc being a male other than the title.
