I find it quite inconsistent that the protgonists need to travel the trail of demons and that it is a difficult journey, but then any no-name character can get to any point of the trail of demons pretty quickly as though there were a bus line touring the whole region.

@TempestCloud Which no name character? Are you referring to the part where it says some humans and dragons live among the demons for protection?

@Rogar Yeah they started having flashbacks at the end of each chapter under the series "a strange tale from heaven". They seem to be slowly revealing more information about dynamics and character relations

@omglolbacon sorry to see your comment this late, I was referring to the heaven's envoys dispatched by Guanyin. Guanyin ordered them to go, and then almost automatically they were all in position at any point of the trail of demons.
