I don't understand the question.

People normally replace a phone by buying a new one.
Why would being a loli be a problem? She's old enough to know how to buy a phone, and she should have money since she has a job. It's not like she's trying to buy cigarettes or alcohol.

There's a joke you're missing; my friend asked that question in a message (on discord) so I posted that as a question here since I was lazy to answer and I just want something to post.

Also to clarify, yes I know all of that stuff, I was just lazy to even edited my reply, sorry for that. ^^;
