Hiatus until January... that's not a rest that's like a deep slumber lmao

I guess they deserve the break, since JJ has better art than 99% of the manhwa out there. Fortunately, it has it's own fanbase. But Disaster Class Hero also used to have a lot of hype, which kind of died after it took that huge ass break. Only time will tell if this was a good move.

They didn't call it a "rest": they used the word recovery. It sounds like Juder's wrists have already been hurt and who knows how long they've continued working despite that. Several months sounds appropriate, especially to ensure full recovery and prevent permanent damage. An artist's wrists are critically important, and I'd sacrifice popularity to keep them healthy.

After reading this series, I feel it's okay and I can say that this is the 20-year-old main manhwa version of My Hero Academia I just hope that in ss3, the author knows how to build the character building style vs the surrounding world and the plot because all the old motifs are half-baked and half-baked.

About the world: the nest system and the professors in the last chapter and throughout are like a cow being led from A to Z even though their potential is much better than the villains, the whole school that is called a university only has 2nd and 3rd year students as its force, but the 4th year students and the rest of the professors are nowhere to be seen?. Let the top 1 guy appear and then disappear after less than 4 chapters =)))).

About the characters, this series looks no different from normal manga series: the main character has a timeskip of power, not too out of level but has a lot of morals, and is also built exactly like a series like Academy hero or Naruto about friendship, ideal team spirit, screaming and so on. The love line building is quite good because until now there is no dating but only hugging :D

Adding the old motif that is boring to see is the villain always goes first and then the righteous side loses but still wins. Then the righteous side turns the tables in a way that is not exciting at all, not a bit surprising to the reader like: Everything is going according to plan, suddenly someone jumps out to stop or break it (for example, the last scene where the person in the propolis betrays and then blah blah comes back to help???). It's so fucking boring, this series gets weaker and weaker as time goes on. If this series were in manga, it would probably be shounen, right?
