Maybe a series composed of shorts, each short covering backstory of a girl from the original series would be interesting?

MC is the only interesting new character. And i'm only saying that cuz I'm enough of a history nerd to have read up on the historical samurai, Musashi.

Alternatively pull a page from tarantino and periodical jump back and forth from this story to when the MC inevitably meets and becomes one of Issei's wives.

Or even when they are all adults having more (mature) adventures.

What is even going on? Kuoh seemed like a pretty normal place and now all this. I suppose its a way to stand out but I can't help feeling its a bunch of random shit.
