This turned into such a boring read with absurd F-Tier writting. It's was quite easy to assume what would happen a few chapters ago with that boring setup. Author will cull some of the girls and then some asspull plot will happen to move the story forward again.

I'm like 99% sure that Kawana and Azuma will survive the death game and after that who knows. There are often manga like this were everyone dies because the Villain is playing 7D Chess or some other bullshit.

So as a weekly serialize series we usually left things at hindsight. Meaning that we only focuses on what's happening right now but not the grand scheme of things. Like Dragon Ball, the Namek battle if we put ourselves in the shoes of those who read the series weekly, we would feel bored, but in grand scheme of things it would still be grand

She was only two degrees of separation away from the dark skinned cop lady in how ineffectual and unimportant she was as a character. She didn't do anything in the arc she was introduced in except be eye candy (she's not even that hot tbh) and flirt with Shun and then she just shows up again because she had the hots for him after he "saved" her from the Island so Kyou sees her as a love interest I guess (also so they could throw in a gratuitous lesbian sex torture scene).

It isn't strange for people to not give a fuck about her because she wasn't even a character to begin with, she was a prop.

I think the implication is that Kyou expected people to choose exsanguination because it would be the least painful so he laced the needles with something to keep them awake and make it worse (remember Lesbian chick is also some mastermind apothecary or some stupid shit). I'm sure all the other death methods have some equally ass pulled "fine print" associated with them that makes them worse.

You know, I've been hate reading this manga for a few months after having read up until the timeskip before and dropping it, and holy shit I can't think of a series that hates women more outside of the most fucked up of hentai. Like christ, is every female character either going to die or get sexually assaulted? I know this series loves to put most of its characters through hell but it seems to love making the women suffer twice as much for no good reason.
