He'll die regardless, because there's no way he can pluck all of them by himself, parasite has a way to get deep inside of your organ and there's no way to get it out without some kind of medicine or some big operation, and it's over if the parasite somehow infected your brain

Antibiotics kill bacteria. This is a parasite. There are drugs that can kill parasites, but they're targeted toward specific parasites, and the doc mentioned that there's very little research on this one because it's so rare.
