"Blisters on your hands is a proof that you were holding drumsticks incorrectly" NO, pain in your forearms and wrists is. Drumming obviously causes some friction between your hands and the sticks. It's impossible not to get blisters from drumming. Unless you only play 60 bpm songs with 1/4 beats without rimshots.
