The real reason is because it's an ecchi manga, but you could also explain it with the clothing falling down differently when forced on the bed, and they remain hard until she stands up.

Ultimately, better than what I assumed was gonna happen before last chapter (Ellie being sold into slavery by the party leader once she found out + MC summoning her as a slave), but still a bit weird. Especially if it's not revealed in a later chapter "also btw she reported Roland's attempted rape before disappearing", because as presented it seems like she just went "wow, he just tried to rape me. Anyway I'm just gonna leave and let him be other peoples' problem", which obviously is her choice to make, but still seems like it's brushing the whole thing off a bit too lightly.

The hard nipples are also a bit weird, but fwiw they're hard for pretty much the whole scene, they're just most obvious in that close-up. Aside from page 16 where they probably just forget to draw em (because of the angle/view blocking), they're hard in like every other panel in the scene that they're visible in.
