It's hard to believe that one of the greatest friend groups I have ever seen in manga comes from something titled Kaguhara-san's Fetish Notebook, but this is indeed the case. These six girls are a joy to watch; they're just so supportive of each other.

I like the subtle characterization that was done in the friend group's reaction after the President left. Ashioi, Shizen, and Butsushiri all immediately went to check up on Akishita. Mikamo looks at how nobody was celebrating Kaguhara, then drew the group's attention to Kaguhara's bravery because she gets Kaguhara the most. And, of course, Akishita is the first to thank Kaguhara directly, being the gentle soul that she is, and recognizing how much Kaguhara went through.

You could tell which speech bubble belongs to who, even though it wasn't indicated:

Mikamo: "Kaguhara-san stepping in to help... I didn't expect that."
Butsushiri: "No—When it counts, she really come through. I knew that!"
Ashioi: "She was trembling when those upperclassmen forced the stripping, I thought she was terrified... But now..."
Mikamo: "I mean, she looks like she's scared to death from that."
Shizen: "Ririka-chan, you were so cool!"

This is awesome stuff.

Since Pen & Cuff Scans did not translate the chapter title, which is always a funny bit in this manga (see previous chapter titles), this is what I got using a translator + my awful knowledge of Japanese:

"Strained and On-Edge, Rushing Swiftly Through the Path"

To explain: the Japanese title of this series is always in two colors. The full title sounds quite poetic, but reading one color tells you the fetish of the chapter. In this chapter:
わきみちにあせりをかんじてつうじて: This basically conveys the sense of anxiety of moving through a narrow path, relating to Kaguhara's internal struggle this chapter.
わきあせかんつう: Trickling underarm sweat.

In my shoddy translation, I tried to hide the phrase "SIDE SWEAT;" anything longer or more specific was too hard for me.

Doing this exercise really makes me appreciate translators. My translation of the Japanese title could have been off and I would not be aware, while someone with actual Japanese knowledge would be able to capture the nuances much better... Conveying these nuances in English is also very hard; my English title sounds more janky than poetic. How the heck did this series' previous scanlator do this for every chapter?!

If anyone can translate this title better, please be my guest; I literally don't know Japanese.
