I'm not sure if that's likely. It seems like she's just been traveling a lot and hence hasn't bothered with a long-term lease or purchasing a house. Probably staying with her friends instead

Fujiwara mentioned she wouldn't be against Hayasaka kissing her during the rescue arc, remember? Now she's comfortable with Hayasaka's physical affection, and they've lived together for a while.
So it's a safe bet they're at least casually intimate (inside Hayasaka's dream, anyway).
