For those who don't remember this doctor, he shows up in chapter 79. In the chapter Kaguya collapsed because her heart was racing so much, the doctor determined that it was because of her feelings for the president that caused her otherwise healthy heart to race so much she collapsed and all the medical equipment seemed to agree. Kaguya herself however was dead-set convinced that it wasn't the case. It's been awhile but I believe it later came out he was wrong? It's been awhile.
