i usually don't really like shor hair generally, even more when a mid-hair/long-hair character cuts to short, but.... omg hayasaka that was simply gorgeous. still would i prefer her in a long hair? obviusly, but that short was way too beautifull on her to hate.

This arc still leaves so many questions for me.
Like, Hayasaka is an asset of the main house, assigned to Kaguya by her eldest brother Oko. With the succession crisis looming on the horizon, the main house decides to switch Hayasaka (who's grown personally loyal to Kaguya) for someone more controllable. At that, Hayasaka buckles and instead of continuing to work for the main house in some other capacity, decides to retire. Makes sense so far.
Then, the family's third son, Unyo, moves to grab Hayasaka and torture her for the secrets she might possess. Why doesn't the main house protect its asset, if the secrets in its possession could be potentially harmful to it?
Unyo's plan is contingent on Kaguya's tacit agreement to Hayasaka's torture (as punishment for her betrayal) - but given that what Hayasaka knows is overwhelmingly about Kaguya, why would she ever agree to it?
