@ShadowBlazer Okay, I've googled it, and no matter what translation of the LN or WN I look at nowhere does it state that transformation heal can't change a persons sex characteristics, it just says he uses transformation heal to change a persons appearance and optimize his body for combat and speed, and remove potential illnesses from his muscles, so I can only assume you're inferring what is and isn't possible with his abilities based on the wording.

@gaigous There's 2 Transformation Heals you know, the 1st is the Stat Changing transformation Heal. The 2nd Transformation Heal (its different) changes the appearance.

Although I can change my appearance with【Transformation Heal】, I can’t change my gender. It would be impossible to make that woman reach out to me with just ordinary acting, considering I have a handicap which is that I’m male. So he can alter his muscles, remove microorganisms without knowing anything other than they will be harmful, but he can't do the same with organs? I'm very open-minded when it comes to magic considering I love to play D&D, but these rules feel very handwavy, is there a better explanation for why he can't use his transformation heal in that way other than "that's not what that spell does"?
