Assuming these mental attacks causes the target to induce themselves into a hallucination (instead of reading mind, generate hallucinations, then send to target; which makes less sense).

That means internally Wolf-kun (actually now) wants to be Wolf-chan and s/he has a thing for Kuroitsu. That also means it’s the “wrong” honorific because Wolf is kind of in denial of what s/he wants (and finds pleasurable). Having that body since ch. 2 slowly alters the mind, I guess.

My perspective: Wolf-kun absolutely likes his female body and doesn't seriously want a male one. But wants to be treated as a guy nonetheless and to occasionally dip into feminine expression his own terms. (which, in my experience, isn't unusual for a guy regardless of his body)
