This new timeline has some worrying implications, but at least we're sure to get some comedy out of the old hero party "teaching" (read: beating the shit out of) the new hero how to do his job
(and the day he finally gives in & assumes that some random kid they're meeting up with for the first time was actually an almighty warrior will be the one time they're meeting someone who didn't loop, just so he goes back to being distrustful so they can keep re-using the joke lol. calling it now)

I have 2 theories as to why Revolve began to fail for Albus:
1. The demon lord was countering it slightly bit by bit after gaining Fionna's memories. He's clearly capable with magic and highly intelligent. Simply transferring to Fionna every time and boasting while dying could be a way to hide this.
2. With Albus constantly speeding things up cycle by cycle, even of the spell were incredibly efficient, his magic power and mana capacity were probably smaller than the previous cycles, potentially resulting in drawbacks to force the same start point. Although the Revised Revolve was relatively inefficient, they were able to send the world back into an earlier point of time with the combined magic power of everyone, seemingly without intending to do so, suggesting that temporal coordinates aren't part of the formula.

Oh, I actually am interested in this new hero. Not every day you get to see a Hero in a completely different field, especially as a doctor? In a fantasy world of clerics? And he has a potential girlfriend? XD (haha jk jk), but I could tell Albus definitely resonated when he said, "I just want to save this one girl", especially when said girl appears in last panel... FIONA MY GIIIIRLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love how proactive she is! Definitely not cutting any corners in this timeline xD love to see it!
Also they can save Merida this time round! Especially since it might seem she's contracted with the Demon King plague?
