I really like that this arc is so different from his previous runs cause the Demon King's finally caught on. Aside from the focus on fighting disease as the main enemy, I wonder if the lack of monsters will affect Albus and Fiona's exp growth since they're still children and now the previous paths to train up aren't active.

Fantasy Reincarnation done right so far. Christ this is good.

Except it's more of a time rewind instead of reincarnation/tensei. Just nitpicking, but the misconception might twist around somewhat.
Anyway, agree on the "good manga" part

So we're jumping completely straight into the disease plague alongside adventure. This will be very interesting since there's less monsters too.

Hmm... I do hope Risa is fine like barely hanging on. It would be a big shame otherwise!
