Thank you for translating
They've actually done a pretty good job of sticking to realism/believability elsewhere, so it's a little offputting seeing it just get thrown out entirely, here. The magic was more in how it enhanced materials' natural properties like hardness or ductility, or in how it provided corrections to his actions and intrinsic knowledge he didn't consciously know. While you make strong, compelling arguments...

Is what it comes down to.
Speed isn't even the issue. Something like that is unlikely to get the temperatures needed to properly work steel and iron. Why is that forge not covered? Like, does Eizo not want to retain heat and heat the metal faster?
What he has is only marginally better (due to being able to increase air flow) than a camp fire. He shouldn;t be able to work with steel, using such a sad excuse for a furnace.doesn't he have a portable/makeshift forge with him though?
With that level of damage, even bronze would likely be warped beyond a simple bending into shape. He'd had to remake the blade anyway. Fortunately, with bronze it's much simpler, both due to temperature requirements and feasibility of molding. It would be one thing if he was using bronze, but it's been clearly stated that he's using iron/steel.
