On page 3, for those who didn't understand, the two laughed at the word Chinsukou because Chin is childish slang for penis.

(which makes sense since the one who started the joke is the most immature of the three)

Chinsuko is a traditional Okinawan cookie with origins hundreds of years ago, so Japanese people have probably been laughing at the name a long time!
