He really needs to disclose to people that he's going to have continued contact with that he is in fact male. He still wants to be male as indicated by his anxiousness to check that he did still have a dick. Letting the misunderstanding continue will lead to bigger issues down the line. In real life there have been plenty of examples of people being killed for either intentionally misrepresenting or not correcting misunderstandings about gender in a timely fashion.
Now I don't care if anyone here is into femboys, and I don't care about how one might identify as a preferred gender. I'm just saying it is a dangerous game to mislead people even if it was their own misunderstanding.
That aside, I am assuming as a reincarnated hero as opposed to a summoned hero like the others, that he has reincarnated younger than he had been. On a long enough in-story time line he would probably age and look more masculine rather than slightly androgynous.
