I agree this is "Eminence in Shadows" inspired, but the writer is taking the idea on with a different attitude, so it has definite potential. I'm following for now. After all, it's not like 99 percent of the Isekai titles out there aren't mostly copies of other Isekais. The point is to enjoy the new take on it.
