good.. i do know in some manga they speed up kids' growth for "dramatic" reasons.. but phew. i was so worried if we did experience a timeskip without a good reason. i don't mind timeskips but when it is used for no reason at all.. then screw it.

Well as has been presented, the Holy Kindgom relies on their trade to prosper ; so the way Tadashi conducts business is, and will severely impact them, they can only try to dissuade their immediate neighbors to not trade with Tadashi, or the Holy Kingdom will be a thing of the past.
I actually don't know how the Holy Kingdom could do diplomatically, since they have 0 ways of power play.
If their Faith has their own God(s) and can provide different blessings they might have military might but that's about it.

From what we are shown, the farmers of the holy kingdom are already suffering from some form preexisting economic troubles, or environmental disaster. Their Kingdom's Princess wants to import staple crops from Tadashi to feed their people, so it seems they either don't have much farmland to begine with or the farms they do have are in a poor state.

This is really their only move, hope they have 100% from everyone to cut trade with Tadashi. Of course, this will fail, due to it being difficult to get people to drop luxuries once they have them, the Holy Kingdom will realise that they do not have any stakes in this ordeal.
