Honestly if this story doesn't end with that smug bastard and his sh!tty assistant getting there comeuppance, I'm going to be so pissed. I really it ends with them both being devoured themselves, pieces of sh!t
I'm honestly worried that at some point we'll be told that the bastard guy has some reasons for erasing girls that are supposed to make sense in universe and so no revenge. Also no s3x with the big breasted assistant.

Let's see what the author us planning but as others mentioned, I hope this isn't going towards a rushed ending after adding mysteries without explanations.

I think is fine if the author wants to turn things up like this, but they also need to start dishing out answers.

Actual plot and drama in my smutty manga?!

Although it feels like the author might have gotten rid off Fuu-chan to avoid making his MC a pedo. Not like he can beat the allegations after what has already happened.

It was very clear from her introduction she was going to be written off after not too much time. I just thought that it would firstly, show a how to escape from the grasp of the unsatisified gap (that Fuu-chan would take) and secondly be her like moving to Hokkaido or something, not getting gorelessly guroed.

Now that one of the group is gone, I feel like the MC is gonna distance himself from the other two and team up with the snake chick for a couple of chapters.

They mentioned that Fuu was the third … so his sister was also one of their victims? Are they the actual big bad? The team forgot except him, is this the breakup-then-redemption arc that will be followed by training (sex) arc?? Are we inching towards the final fight for real???

I love the stakes tho, it's easy to forget how brutal the Gap is as a plot setting with how much of the manga is basically just Ghost Zone Sexy Time.

He has the guys name, wouldn't it be smart to immediately go to the police for pedophelia? since he needs to have somebody to get in and out and we see its a HS girl, we know what he's doing. Maybe seeing him be put away will break his hold on the HS girl enough for them to give him a solid punch for 3 murders

They have three people. Why are they letting the other party attack them? Just gang up on that obnoxious girl and beat her up. Violence for violence

I wanted the lewd loli to stop making the sexytimes really weird but... not like this :meguuusad:

Going iwth what others are saying, I'm not exactly wanting to drop this exact but the urge to "wait for it to complete then see if we get payoff or just a bunch of misery porn leading to a rushed unsatisifying axe-kun driven final chapter" is strengthening.

Its like when the cousin got her hair eaten; Kazehaya didn't panic about losing her leg because her leg was erased from existence and memory. She can't panic about losing something she never had.
She confessed because while she didn't realize her leg was gone, she knew she was in trouble from Mr. Creepy and that was going to be her last chance.
it's not just about her legs being eaten tho. It's about "omg I'm in danger" type of situation. She was being chased and panicked a few pages before, and now she's being extremely calm? The monster did not also eat her sense of danger, didn't it?

they're fighting monsters that erase even the memory of you from existence and there's no rationale or explanation for any of it as far as the plot goes.
Actually, there is, but it's dripfed throughout the chapters so if you're not paying attention it's easy to miss, but they seem to be creatures tied to obsessions/fetishes with body parts, either the remains of people who fell into the gap on their own or as some sort of manifestation, we're not entirely sure, but we know there is a link because of Hebizono and her ne-no-kami serpent that is also a part of her- or perhaps IS her, but with her consciousness returned in some way, so she can also take on human form; the specifics aren't sure but that she and the serpent are intrinsically linked is a for-sure.

This chapter's flashbacks also are giving us some information about how people end up slipping into the gap, because something in their lives is leaving them so unsatisfied that they just slip through a crack. Neshos just make it much easier because they're already entangled with that slip-dimension.

She had a short moment where her back was shown and an onmyodo talisman is seen there like the one that was attracting them in the last encounter with him they had; she was being controlled by the onmyoji. But also remember they eat even the existence of the thing they consume; that was what the loss of the hair was showing us- they totally forgot that it was even a thing they had to begin with, and that numbing of memories also seems to remove the fact that they're being preyed upon from their memories, too.

Except that I don't see how that explains why, if they are people who were consumed before and twisted, they continue doing it to others, and what the end goal of Glasses Man is with all of this or how the Snake Girl actually factors in.

We have some of the mechanics of things, certainly. We know how some stuff works, to a degree, but unless I missed something on a re-read, the why of it all is still one big question mark.

Why does the gap exist? Why is it attached to sexuality? Why are people disappearing from reality, and why is the MC the only one who remembers? What are the goals of Glasses, and why do young girls factor into those plans (first MC's younger sister and now Fuu-chan)? What is Snake Girl doing that she's some sort of rogue semi-antagonisr, if she helps and hinders Team MC in turn?

We have nothing on any of that. We have a vague goal of MC's, we have an antagonist with zero explanation or clearly-stated intention, we have sex as a means of worldbuilding and pseudo-combat, and every chapter leaves more questions than answers.

You yourself said we don't have the "why / specifics", after all. And that's kind of important, if the author wants readers to stay engaged. Endlessly piling on mysteries with no payoff and more and more tragedy every arc does not make for a satisfying read, and the ecchi factor, in my mind, doesn't buffer those issues.

because their existence is eaten. They aren't themselves anymore, just a remnant.

Given how Hebizono keeps shrinking back whenever it's mentioned, most likely it requires something monstrous, like killing a bunch of nesho in sacrificial ritual to them.

Tired, so gonna skip to the end to address- knowing the why would help some to stay engaged, but not all, and we got plenty of material to go through that you're just being dismissive of it.
