Oi, quit that death flag talk Shirai. And MC, be more honest that you like her for her.
I think it would be a coward's way out from the writer if he was like "oh by the way I was already thinking of suicide...1 chap later..."oh no I am dead and is fine because I setup it earlier", they need to talk it out more, infact I am upset that this chapter is shorter than usual, our protagonist shouldn't need another death/disappearance to strenghten his resolve.

Yeah that's not just death flag, it's a serious suicidal thoughts and I think it's better to resole it than letting it happens for le drama

What's with MC doing this lovey dovey talk, when a girl who was friend with his sister and possibly in love with him just vanished in front of him? It's like he stopped caring about her disappearance.

Caught up now. Story is okay but some parts are annoying to be honest. Like Hebizono, the "trust me bro" isn't cutting it. Hinata is trying to bring back his sibling, someone very dear to him, repeatedly telling him to stop because she "cares" about him and it's for "his protection" while saying nothing about the mystery of unsatisfied gap and his sister's disappearance aren't convincing anyone. Also, who are you anyway? As far as we know, she's just a stranger who onesidded feeling of protecting MC and interfering against his purpose of saving his sister, her motivation is unclear and she couldn't be anymore suspicious.

Senjuro and his subordinate, what a pair. Start with the girl, can't really remember her name. Shirai called her BS pretty much. She couldn't have made worse impression. Calling Hinata an insect when he rightfully came after Senjuro for essentially killing Kazehaya, and propose to Shirai's face to die as well. Her explanation isn't good, she brought few elements to research more about the unsatisfied gaps but she ultimately doesn't know anything, she's just putting faith in her boss because he helped her or something in the past. She puts him in a pedestal, an "embodiment of justice", and she expects that to carry what she's asking of Shirai. It's insane. Shirai rightfully choose to believe in her knowledge (the works of her mother) rather than strangers who could have caused their death.

Senjurou... everything about him is sus. Going off from Kazehaya's behavior, she never consented to whatever he's doing. Senjurou seems to consider himself to be above laws, or at very least the end justify the means. He has no qualms if bystanders like Hinata's group (although based on Shirai and the girl's conversation, some of them are also potential targets) get erased. He doesn't care to explain himself to the target, why she needs to be temporarily erased (according to her subordinate anyway). We don't even know how long they're gonna stay erased. Hinata's sister seemed to have been erased for years, although it's unknown if Senjuro is involved with her. Also according to her subordinate, his way of doing is taxing on his body, he can fail, thereby all victims he may have made in erasing miko descendants will remain erased. And the guy still doesn't care he makes enemies (at least with MC's group) that forced him to use a spell that summons nenokami on them, fail, and had to attack a 2nd time to erase Kazejaya. The whole thing is strange and I don't like him. As far as Hinata's concerned, he's a weird murderer.

Besides that, seems like Hebizono and Senjuro may be related. Hebizono came back from being erased but not completely since she can mostly feel only about having fun. People who knew of her, did they suddenly remember her I wonder? Anyway, few chapters back she asked Hinata about nenokami, whether they have emotions I believe. Nenokami's behavior is weird. Their form is based on a fetish, they eat and erase a person but will stop near you if you happen to do their specific sexual fetish and disappear once it climax. I don't really know what is Hebizono wondering about, beyond maybe telling the readers there are more about nenokami than being menace.

Manga paused a moment on Kazehaya's father's face after Hinata attempted to inquire about her daughter. I wonder if he knew, maybe even he's involved with Senjuro or something, like allowing him to erase her daughter. He helped out Hinana and his sister in the past, can't be a simple coincidence that his daughter is a miko descendant and Hinata becomes a nesho.

Also, is it me or Hinata's sister looks a lot like Shirai but with black hair? Weird twist Shirai was all along Hinata's sister :p I know it doesn't make sense, I'm joking
