The Mc Mashiro is 16, but due to certain circumstances, she looks like a 3 year old

the circumstances being, some sort of magical (or dine power) seal put on to her at the age of three, which apparently made her stop aging, or made her body stop from growing .

But when the seal becomes loose or breaks, she’s able to become her real age.
