It's been 15 freakin' days since a translator that actually knows what they're doing released a chapter. That's "a while" now?

Seriously, what is it about this series that everybody and their dog wants to release some plot-mangling screwed-up MTL scan of it?

MTL is janky my dude. It can handle simple stuff okay, but throw anything more complex than generic ecchi romcom dialogue at it and it can get wonky fast. Compare these two from chapter 9:

That MTL has some big big misses that you can't just chalk up to bad editing. You gotta know at least some Japanese to use MTL correctly, either to edit the Japanese input into a form that will confuse it less (it's trained on business documentation and stuff, not conversational mangaspeak) or just to be able to recognize when it's spitting out bullshit and ignore its output completely.

This is straight up not an MTL friendly manga if you want to make sense of the plot.

Meanwhile, the raw does not specify that the myths are Greek to begin with. "神話の神の名前" just means "names of mythical gods". Do not expect DeepL to give you accurate translations just because the sentence structure is grammatically correct.

It shouldn't matter how many days, weeks, months, or years it has been since a proper translator has worked on a title. MTLs should not be posted as scanlated chapters. They are (still) not accurate enough. Share this shit on reddit or something.

thanks for pointing out the mistake, that page was translated before i started using the Espanol tl as a reference, and now i rechecked and you're right it doesn't say greek, well i fixed it for whoever cares

While you can't stop others from uploading MTLs, you can definitely stop uploading them yourself.
