I see this Dandelion root coffee thing in manga sometimes, but to me it feels like a coffee substitute that would never be popular with people who haven't tried coffee in the first place.
Anyone knowledgeable enough to weigh in?
Never had it but I’ve heard ppl make tea outta dandelions? But while I’m sure you can buy it idk if it’d rly be that appealing to say, pluck them directly in your own backyard

Maybe he can find tapioca starch and recreate boba 8D

Dandelion coffee has been in use as "coffee" since at least the early 1800s, though it was popularized in the USA around the 1920s from some articles proclaiming it as a cheap alternative to actual coffee. The taste and look is apparently similar enough that usage boomed, especially during the Great Depression.

Other uses include traditional medicine from all parts of the world where dandelions naturally occurred, for millenia (i.e. ancient Chinese medicine used dandelion roots).

just some head up when people going to complain about katana latter, Ryouma before isekai is Son of Katanasmite who famous enough that his work considered as national treasure so there nothing strange for Ryouma feel more easy to wield katana than standard straight sword or other kind of blade weapon but yeah Ryouma is jack of trade (and possibility master of them now)
in LN special story earth ryoma actually in possession his father masterpiece which latter stolen after his death in earth, later it revealed the said katana apparently a cursed katana that even god feared it

I couldn't help myself and ended up watching season 2 of the anime even though the story passed the manga, but just like Tsukimichi, this manga goes into more detail of the day to day which I really appreciate.

That axe does not look like a farming tool. It looks a bit like a misshapen battle axe.

Spinning tops are kind of old. As in, the oldest toys known to man. Don't think they even have a specific origin either, just appears in many places. This is one of the oldest inventions an isekai protagonist has "invented".

Bad smell goes in, bad smell goes out.

If the effectiveness doesn't decrease if you dilute it, all you need is a single drop, and you can dilute it endlessly. But I don't think that's the case.

So if you use a little extra magic growing plants, you could end up with a cute pet? Neat!

To be "so familiar with the shape" when it comes to swords, you have to have years of experience forging them. It's a very exact science, and takes more time getting the right shape even for experienced smiths. It's also got a rather small edge compared to katanas. One benefit of single-bladed swords is that the edge can be the entire width of the blade, while double-edged can be at most half. Not mentioning the handle and length.

He also wouldn't end up in that pose after that cut.

Can't he just re-shape the blade since it's made out of slime?

just some head up when people going to complain about katana latter,
There are things wrong with it even taking what you said into consideration.

Its been ages since I last read the WN but this mini arc and the later one where he visits the noble family were some of my favorite. Hope the manga keeps on going.

"May I try the drink, too?" - I thought she was gonna say something like this. What I didn't think she'd ask for was the recipe! And, ofc, this happy-go-lucky mc is like, "Sure! Take it! Would you like the business I could make from this recipe, too? Yeah? OK! Let me pack it all up for ya!" 🫤

Ummm yeah... nope... You'll find that on any cutting implement the edge is just ..the edge... lhe last 2-3 millimeters. The rest is wedge and body "carrying" the edge.
Especially concerning weapons, which need to be able to withstand some serious abuse...

It is possible to make an extreme edge on a blade. A hollow-ground straight razor is a good example of that.
Cold Steel did a "katana" and other "modern interpretations " using hollow-ground edges as well for a while.

And those things are razor-sharp.. But even simple test-cutting ruins the edge and they're a biatch to re-sharpen.
Can't peel an onion or potato with them ( oxydises the steel real quick.. and as a result ruins the food..) , and the edge gets blunted really fast by something as simple as cutting a carrot..
They are fancy toys for FanBois, but utterly useless as a weapon, or even as a practical tool.

If you want to go into semantics, then it's still wrong, because that's not those last 2-3 millimetres. But you threw the baby out with the bath water. Add a 'w' to my comment and read it again.

Out of all the things he could have made beyblades were not even on my list. But absolutely brilliant to see though.
