Depends almost entirely whether the church belongs to the god that summoned them. And whether they're thrown away for having "useless" (read OP) skills.

I’m not religious myself, but if you ever done charity work, you know that 90% of the people are usually super religious and they were the sweetest kindest people you’ve ever met.

I find that has nothing to do with religion, and everything to do with what kind of people who actually do charity work. Although most people are good if it comes down to it.

She was mugged and ended up in the hospital because of the way she looks…. Never saw her again after that.

Sad that karma isn't as effective in real life as in stories.

Even with, the church is very large. With a couple of slimes as pets, it's unlikely for the cleaning to be significantly easier, I'd reckon.

At worst, Ryouma could just leave them with some basic slimes, and leave it to the nuns on how to evolve them. If that's the case, I'm calling it now, we're gonna get angel porings from Ragnarok Online.

Well…at least this world has normal gods but ch41 did strongly imply that earth s god was responsible for Ryoma s shitty life and a lot of other people s shitty lives too

Not sure about mayo, but I certainly remember him having some culinary adventures. Mostly about glorious Japanese cooking.
And slimes evolving into a slime monster girl remain a possibility. I mean, they seem to be able to do anything.
